Gervinho has completed a return to Italian Serie A with Parma on a free transfer from Hebei China Fortune.

The Cote d’Ivoire international has penned a three-year deal that will run through 2021.


Udinese sign Troost-Ekong


Udinese have completed the signing of Nigeria international William Troost-Ekong from Bursaspor.


Nyom and En-Nesyri join Leganes


Malaga and Morocco striker Youssef En-Nesyri has joined La Liga side Leganes on a five-year deal.

The 25-year-old scored four goals in 25 league games for the Albicelestes last term.

Meanwhile, Cameroon’s Allan Nyom has left West Bromwich Albion for the Madrid outfit on a season-long loan deal.


Mendyl joins Schalke 04


Hamza Mendyl has joined Schalke 04 on a five-year contract from Lille.

The left-back who made 14 Ligue 1 appearances last campaign will join compatriot Amine Harit in Domenico Tedesco’s squad this season.

Toulouse have announced the signing of former Marseille and Sevilla midfielder Stephane Mbia on a year deal.


Gervinho agrees Parma deal


Gervinho is on the verge of returning to the Italian Serie A with Parma, according to Gazzetta dello Sport .

The Ivorian forward has agreed to join the Stadio Ennio Tardini outfit on a free transfer in a deal that will earn him €1 million a season. 

The Italian club are currently in talks with Hebei China Fortune to terminate the 31-year-old’s contract which is due to expire on December 31.


Torino sign Djidji


Torino have completed the signing of Ivorian defender Koffi Djidji from French club Nantes on loan with an option to buy.


Mendyl to join Schalke


Morocco international Hamza Mendyl is close to joining Schalke 04 from Lille, reports L’ Equipe .

The 20-year-old defender made just 14 appearances for the Ligue 1 side last season, including six league starts in last season’s final seven league games. 


Troost-Ekong linked with Udinese


William Troost-Ekong has parted ways with Turkish outfit Bursaspor, with Udinese thought to be his likely destination.

This comes in the wake of several reports from Italy claiming the former Gent defender has agreed on a deal with Udinese, who recently lost veteran centre-back and captain Danilo to Bologna.

Saivet completes Bursaspor medical


Senegal midfielder Henri Saviet is set to complete his loan move from Newcastle United to Bursaspor on Thursday.

The 27-year-old who spent the second half of last season on loan at Sivasspor will return to the Turkish Super Lig for the 2018-19 season.

Saivet who has three years left on his contract has managed just five league appearances for Newcastle.


Ufa part ways with Kehinde Fatai


Russian Premier League side Ufa have parted ways with Nigerian forward Kehinde Fatai.

Fatai scored six goals in 46 games for the Townspeople across two seasons before both parties agreed to end their relationship.


Pogba fails Uerdingen trial


KFC Uerdingen have snubbed Paul Pogba’s older brother, Mathias for being too fat.

The Guinea international arrived in the German third division club for trial after ending his stay with Sparta Rotterdam in the Dutch second tier last year.

However, his physical shape – excessive kilos in the hip region – has dampened the chances of the 27-year-old forward to revive his career.

Osimhen close to Club Brugge loan


Wolfsburg youngster Victor Osimhen is close to joining Belgian top-flight Club Brugge on a season-long loan, reports Voetbal 24 .

The Nigeria youth international has been limited to game time in the German Bundesliga and he is search for regular first-team football this season

Earlier this summer, Osimhen had a trial at Zulte Waregem but failed to secure a deal.
