Arsenal will be looking to maintain their winning streak when they welcome Everton to the Emirates Stadium for Sunday’s Premier League clash.
After starting the campaign with consecutive defeats to Manchester City and Chelsea, the Gunners have won four matches in a row in all competitions.
Latest Odds
Undefeated in 24 home matches against this opposition, they are 4/9 (1.44) favourites with bet365 to come out on top once again here.
Marco Silva suffered his first defeat since taking over as West Ham ran out 3-1 winners at Goodison Park last time out, but is available at 11/2 (6.50) to bounce back with a shock win in London.
The guests have drawn both of their away matches so far this campaign, and there are odds of 7/2 (4.50) on offer for this one to also finish up all square.
Team News
Sead Kolasinac, Laurent Koscielny, Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Carl Jenkinson remain long-term absentees for Unai Emery’s team.
Yerry Mina could be in line for a debut after returning to training this week and Richarlison is back after suspension, although Seamus Coleman, Michael Keane, James McCarthy, and Phil Jagielka are still sidelined through injury.
Fragile Toffees
Having signed for big money from Barcelona, Mina will be under pressure to hit the ground running when he does return to fitness and take up a place in the heart of the defence.
The Toffees are yet to keep a clean sheet in six games in all competitions this season, conceding twice in both of their away league games so far.
This run looks set to continue against an Arsenal side that put 10 goals past them in last season’s two league encounters, and who have scored more goals against Everton than against any other team in the Premier League era.
However, Silva’s team should at least feel confident of maintaining their record of scoring in every match so far, with the hosts yet to keep a clean sheet in six games this season.
Predictions
With neither defence looking convincing, odds of 13/8 (1.62) are not to be missed on Emery’s superior attacking options ensuring victory in a match featuring goals at both ends.
