Jorge Jesus Aims Dig at Liverpool’s Champions League Triumph Ahead of Potential Flamengo Clash

Flamengo boss Jorge Jesus has taken a sly dig at Liverpool’s Champions League final victory over Tottenham last June, as he prepares for a potential clash with the Reds in the Club World Cup this December.

They have met previously – in the 1981 Intercontinental Cup final, the predecessor to the Club World Cup – with Flamengo emerging as comfortable 3-0 winners.
