Crystal Palace are interested in bringing Milan striker Fabio Borini to Selhurst Park in January, as the Eagles aim to end their dire form in front of goal.
Borini, whose contract expires at the end of the season, is also attracting attention from Italian side Genoa, but it is believed that the 28-year-old would prefer a return to the Premier League.

Palace have struggled for goals this season, scoring only 11 times in the opening 13 league matches – a problem which has seen Roy Hodgson’s men slide into the bottom half of the Premier League table.

The versatile star’s most recent English venture was with Sunderland in 2017, where he bagged two goals in 26 appearances, and the Black Cats were subsequently relegated from the top flight.
The Italy international also suffered difficult spells at Liverpool and Swansea City, and he finally left England for Milan after Sunderland’s drop into the Championship.
Borini has fallen down the pecking order with I Rossoneri however, and he has made only two appearances this season. The Italian giants are not expected to renew his expiring contract before the end of the campaign, meaning the former Chelsea man might have to consider his options this January.
